CLF Lighting at Tomorrowland 2025
Reliability, Scale, and Rapid Collaboration in One of the World’s Largest Festival Productions
Tomorrowland remains one of the most influential and visually ambitious festivals in the world. Across two weekends, hundreds of thousands of visitors from more than 200 countries gather in Boom, Belgium, to experience a universe of music, storytelling, and next-level stage design. Each edition introduces new creative concepts, architectural stages, and technical innovations that push festival production to the limit.
In 2025, CLF Lighting played a key role across the festival grounds — supporting multiple stages and large-scale site lighting setups. In total, more than 2,600 CLF fixtures were deployed throughout Tomorrowland, underscoring the brand’s increasingly central role in high-pressure, outdoor festival environments.
Mainstage 2025 – A Full CLF Setup and an Unforeseen Challenge
Just days before showtime, a fire broke out inside the Tomorrowland Mainstage structure, forcing the complete teardown of the nearly finished stage. In an extraordinary effort, the festival’s production teams constructed a brand-new Mainstage in just 36 hours, ensuring the event could open as scheduled.
For the first time, the lighting package for the entire structure (excluding the fixtures inside the DJ canopy) consisted fully of CLF Lighting. This proved crucial during the rapid rebuild with the full CLF package ready to be reinstalled, teams were able to deploy, align, and commission the system quickly and efficiently — delivering a fully operational Mainstage despite the extremely tight turnaround.

Additional note: iBolts and Veloce units (non-CLF) were positioned on the VIP decks, not on the stage structure itself.
CLF Across Tomorrowland – A Site-Wide Presence
Beyond the Mainstage, CLF Lighting was deployed across numerous Tomorrowland areas and stages, each with its own creative identity and technical requirements. The result was a unified visual language supported by durable, outdoor-rated fixtures capable of handling long run-times, weather exposure, and continuous show schedules.
